Purpose
As part of the Worley Undergraduate Community, you will work under the close guidance and mentorship of our electrical engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience in applying classroom knowledge to real-world engineering projects while supporting the delivery of solutions to Worley and its customers.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of engineering services that meet Worley, customer, and regulatory requirements—on time and within budget.
Assist in preparing detailed designs, drawings, and specifications.
Help develop equipment datasheets, line lists, equipment lists, and valve lists.
Contribute to engineering calculations, modeling, and technical reports.
Assist with the review and update of standards, procedures, and documentation.
Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project planning sessions.
Collaborate with engineers and designers across disciplines to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with project teams, mentors, and stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
Technical & Industry Experience
Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
Awareness of industry practices, codes, and standards (preferred but not required).
Developing skills in engineering-specific software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
