As a Sales Representative, you’ll become a key player in our growing operation by working directly with customers, managing service accounts, and supporting business development efforts that drive long-term success.
What You'll Do:
- Support new customer account activations and manage existing service accounts
- Recommend wireless, internet, and home sales service plans tailored to each customer's needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account updates, questions, and service adjustments
- Track daily customer interactions, record product interest, and ensure proper sales documentation
- Help identify new sales opportunities through referrals, promotions, and customer outreach
- Follow up on pending accounts to improve close rates and customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Stay informed on the latest telecom products, industry changes, and competitor offerings
