We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to assist clients, tenants, buyers, and agents via live chat and email. You’ll be the first point of contact for website visitors, current clients, and prospective leads—resolving inquiries, guiding users through our services, and escalating requests as needed.This is a non-phone, fully remote role ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills and a passion for real estate or client service.Responsibilities:• Respond promptly to incoming chat and email inquiries from clients, prospects, and real estate agents• Provide information about listings, rental availability, showing procedures, or service requests• Troubleshoot common issues related to listings, portals, scheduling tools, or documentation• Use internal systems to update customer records, log interactions, and escalate issues when needed• Assist with tenant or buyer concerns related to applications, maintenance, or transactions• Identify and forward leads or complex requests to the appropriate agent or department• Maintain consistent, professional written tone and follow company communication guidelines• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, leasing, property management) to resolve inquiries• Monitor multiple chats at once while maintaining accuracy and speed• Stay informed about current listings, policies, and company updatesQualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1 years of experience in customer service, virtual support, or real estate• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and typing accuracy• Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume, chat-based environment• Proficient in customer service platforms• Familiarity with real estate tools such as MLS platforms, CRMs, or showing software is a plus• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals• Quiet, professional remote workspace with reliable high-speed internetApply tot his jobApply To this Job
